The Lab

I stopped experimenting in private.

What I'm trying, what it did, what I kept.

The habit

Twenty percent, since my first job.

Since my first job I've had a side project running: small or big, always something that teaches me. I chose tech because it never lets you stop learning, and staying sharp is the price of being good at this. For years that happened in my office, on my own. The Lab is where it happens in public. I don't claim a skill because I read about it. I claim it because I built something with it. Most of what survives here ends up in my services.

Now experimenting

  1. A CRM system with AI in the daily processes

Inside a client right now: the CRM, the operating model, and AI where the work actually happens.

TestingWhere AI belongs in a daily process, and where it does not.

    Building
  2. This website

Migrated off a template platform in about four hours with an AI coding agent, then rebuilt section by section.

TestingHow far one operator gets with an agent before a developer is needed.

    Shipped
  3. A lead generation system delivered with AI workflows

Spec to shipped system, one operator, AI in every step that earned it.

TestingWhich steps AI earns, and which it only pretends to.
