Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness isn’t a practical business book. But it’s definitely worth reading! It was written by the winner of the 2017 Nobel Prize in Economics, Richard H. Thaler, and Cass R. Sunstein.

So why am I recommending it? Well, because it’s an amazing intro to how we, as people, make decisions – and I loved every line of it!

We make choices constantly, but a lot of these decisions are poor ones. Nudge explains this, but it also gives us the tools we need to follow better paths in life. It uses lots of interesting examples and delves into behavioral science research to show us why our biases can often lead us to bad choices before explaining how we can change this for the better!

Nudge is a real page-turner and you’ll instantly level up your game by reading it.
