I've spent the past 12 years building (and re-building) my career in an ever-changing digital industry. I found my first job on LinkedIn in a middle of a crisis. I burnt out in 2015. And I pivoted my life completely in 2017. I’ve been homeless.I started a business in 2018 that collapsed COMPLETELY in March 2020… which I then rebuilt in less than two years developing new services, making nice money, and making a positive impact on the industry!
On this long winding road through life in CX — I've been following my own rules…
